I understand completely why Jean-George was rated the number two resataurant in the nation by Gourmet magazine. My family took me there for my sixteenth birthday, and I enjoyed a flawless night. Each table was granted a team of servers who were knowledgable, kind, attentive, and lovely. They explained that the olive oil was aged and from a place in Italy- every part of the meal was flawless... it was one of the best nights of my life. I am so grateful.
